After a 20 plus year career in Human Resources, I took a leap of faith from long-time employee to business owner and operator. Since retiring, my days are filled with joy from the loving care I'm able to provide daily to children. As a mother and grandmother, I understand how vital a good foundation and early educational development is to the enrichment of a child's mind, and necessary in starting them off on a path to success. At Elizabeth Grace, I'm able to provide clean, quality care and personal attention to each child, which is oftentimes neglected at larger scale facilities.

Additionally, I have a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development and Business Management. My home business is licensed through Rutherford County and I follow the educational standards for Tennessee schools as well as the health and safety guidelines.

The opening of Elizabeth Grace Childcare Center has been a dream come true and a prayer answered. I am excited and grateful to provide a stress-free childcare option to parents and a caring, fun, educational home away from home environment for each individual child enrolled at Elizabeth Grace. This is a place where the overall well-being of each child is always top priority!
